How To Trade:
- Sign Up for an account using your email. Check email confirmation link to finalize account creation.
- Login to your account using email and password. We strongly suggest setting up two-factor authentication (2FA) at first login.
- Deposit BTC, ETH, or FDM through the deposit page located on the top right. Wait for the deposit to confirm.
- Use dropdown menus on the top left to select an asset category and subcategory. Select an asset of your choice.
- Choose the cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, FDM) and time frame (1 min, 5 min, 15 min, 30 min, 60 min) you wish to place your trade for.
- Type the amount you wish to trade into the amount box, must be between the min and max trade amounts.
- Click the HIGH button to predict the price will be higher at the end of the time duration selected, or click the LOW button to predict the price will be lower.
Trade Status:
- Win - Trade won and payout has been credited
- Loss - Trade lost
- Draw - Ending price was the same as starting price. Trade amount refunded.
- Draw 2 - No recent trade volume or price movement from the market. Trade amount and trading fee both refunded.
Trading Limits:
You can place multiple trades at a time. There is a minimum and maximum trade limit stated in the trade box. For each asset, you cannot exceed the max trade limit for a specified time duration at a specified starting price. If you have reached the max trade limit for that asset, either wait for a price change or choose a different time duration to place another trade.
Deposit Limits:
Please note there is a minimum deposit amount. Deposits under this amount will NOT be credited. There is no maximum deposit limit.
Withdrawal Limits:
Please note there is a minimum withdrawal amount per transaction and a maximum withdrawal amount per day. The daily maximum withdrawal amount resets at 12am UTC time.
Idle Time:
Users will be automatically logged out after idle for 4 hours.
Trading Fee:
Fees deducted from your balance in order to place a trade. The fee is stated in the trade box for each asset.
Withdrawal Fee:
Gas fee deducted from your balance in order to send funds to your wallet.

What Countries Are Not Supported?
Currently US Citizens on US IP Addresses are not allowed to use our platform. Subject to change.
Why Can't I Place A Trade?
The high and low trade buttons on an asset are greyed out if there is no recent trade volume or if the market is closed. You must wait until there is recent trade volume and price movement again.
When Does The Market Open?
The cryptocurrency markets are open 24 hours a day, everyday. The stock market is open from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m Eastern Time on weekdays. They are closed on weekends and holidays.
What Does Market Closed Mean?
The stock market is currently not open. When the market opens you will be allowed to place trades. This applies only to the stock market. The cryptocurrency market never closes.
