Trading Limits:
You can place multiple trades at a time. There is a minimum and maximum trade limit stated in the trade box. For each asset, you cannot exceed the max trade limit for a specified time duration at a specified starting price. If you have reached the max trade limit for that asset, either wait for a price change or choose a different time duration to place another trade.
Deposit Limits:
Please note there is a minimum deposit amount. Deposits under this amount will NOT be credited. There is no maximum deposit limit.
Withdrawal Limits:
Please note there is a minimum withdrawal amount per transaction and a maximum withdrawal amount per day. The daily maximum withdrawal amount resets at 12am UTC time.
Idle Time:
Users will be automatically logged out after idle for 4 hours.
Trading Fee:
Fees deducted from your balance in order to place a trade. The fee is stated in the trade box for each asset.
Withdrawal Fee:
Gas fee deducted from your balance in order to send funds to your wallet.

What Countries Are Not Supported?

Why Can't I Place A Trade?
The high and low trade buttons on an asset are greyed out if there is no recent trade volume or if the market is closed. You must wait until there is recent trade volume and price movement again.
When Does The Market Open?
The cryptocurrency markets are open 24 hours a day, everyday. The stock market is open from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m Eastern Time on weekdays. They are closed on weekends and holidays.
What Does Market Closed Mean?
The stock market is currently not open. When the market opens you will be allowed to place trades. This applies only to the stock market. The cryptocurrency market never closes.
